A New Life with the Aristo Diet

Chapter 1: What is Aristo Diet?

Aristo Diet for a Life Plan is a coding system that is tailored perfectly for your personal genetic makeup, and your lifestyle.

This is a plan where you consume lots of vegetables and fruit in addition to legumes, staying away from animal based food and gluten, detoxing for one to two days a week, applying Intermittent Fasting Diet (IFD) as a protection plan, and thus, balancing all of your hormones. It helps you to be mentally and physically lighter. In short, actually Aristo Diet Life Plan is not a singular diet plan, but one that helps you to heal yourself in four dimensions, meaning spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Deficient or extreme nutrition causes imbalance in mineral and vitamin intake. Thus, our frequency changes, we lose our hormonal balance, our body becomes unhealthy, and it begins to give various signals. Weight-gain is like a silent scream. You should learn how to listen to your body. And most importantly, this plan is all about well balanced nutrition habits tailored for your personal needs.

A diet is a limitation of freedom. What we always want in life are pleasure, happiness, freedom, and love. On the other hand, being on a continuous diet is a stress factor on its own, so it’s not possible to do it.

That’s why we meet at this point, because I can hear you ask “Well, how else can I lose weight then?” Perhaps you ran to the bookstore to grab a copy of this book with an expectation to discover some miraculous quick-fix formula; or you’re still at the bookstore, didn’t purchase the book yet, but having a look at the pages “just to have some new ideas.” Right at this point, I must give you such a talisman, magic, or miracle that you can get rid of this boring life, excess weights, and stress, so that you can keep reading to reach the quick-fix weight loss formulas.

You expect to see some “tantra” that could start a miraculous change!

Well, yes, this is your lucky day, because I really came up with amazing formulas that will make your life much easier and joyful. I’m here to help you to empower your physical body and soul, regaining the self-confidence you’ve lost.

With this method, countless people lose weight, get thinner for two size, and say “I can’t believe it! What happened to my buttocks?!” all the while learning how to respect their bodies, looking at themselves in the mirror, enjoying the weight loss, and loving themselves again. Just like a perfect school, I tell you all the details that’s needed for your change, and you apply them.

You keep losing excess weight, getting thinner, and becoming more aware of yourself.

Are you ready to lead your body and subconscious mind in a perfect harmony like a symphony orchestra conductor, throwing away with all that crappy excuses like “genetics” or “fate?”

If we gain new habits for meals, sleep times, and exercise, we can stay fit. Can we change our habits? Yes! How? The truth is that habits have nothing to do with conscious mind, but everything is automatic. If you keep eating whatever you can find at home or the office, you can’t lose weight, and you keep gaining them back even if you can. Habits start changing in 25 to 36 days, and become a natural norm in 45.

If the brain keeps thinking “What to eat? When to sleep?” then it gets tired, and goes back with the old habits. That’s why you can’t follow a diet program forever. To develop new habits, and to preserve your weight, you need to focus on a strict diet program only for 45 to 60 days. When you can lose weight easily and quickly, it’s not hard to turn it into a habit. If you always keep high-calorie food, bread, meat, pasta around, you can’t change your habits. Therefore, what you need first to change your habits is to get rid of high-calorie food, which means resupplying your fridge!

Why Aristo?

Aristo was one of the most outstanding figures in Western philosophy. He created lots of work in fields like physics, astronomy, philosophy, dialectics, politics, and biology.

Aristo was born in Stageira, a little Macedonian town around 385 B.C. His father was Nicomachus, who was the doctor of King Amyntas II. Throughout his childhood and teen years, Aristo lived surrounded with nature and science. At 17, he started Academia of Plato, and became his brightest student. Since he became known as a bookworm, Plato called him “the reader.” Eventually, Aristo became a teacher in Academia, too. With his master’s suggestion, he was sent to Assos, and became the political advisor and a close friend to Hermias of Atarneus. He started a very unique school that taught mainly about biology. Probably by an invitation from Theophrastus, he moved to Lesbos Island around 345 B.C. but two years later, he was called back to the palace of King Philippos of Macedonia to train his son Alexander, who would be known later as Alexander the Great. In 335, after Alexander was crowned, Aristo went back to Athena, and started Peripeteia as a rival to Academia. He taught for 12 years. When an anti-Macedonian rebellion exploded in Athena after Alexander died, Aristo was charged for blasphemy, because he wrote an elegy for a mortal person, Hermias. So, instead of facing the same end with Socrates, he left Athena for his mother’s native land Euboea Island, because in his own words, he didn’t want to allow Athenians “to commit a second crime against philosophy.” Next year, in 322 B.C. he died when he was 63 years old.

As a thinker who examined a topic in a very systematic way, Aristo always brought together all the available knowledge about that topic. After that, based on this knowledge, he would form a foundation for his own argument, and try to criticize these theories that came before him. The genius of his mentality comes from his systematic way of work.

He penned very important works that hold rich materials. Even the summary of his works is enough to convince someone. One of his masterpieces is Organon. It’s made of six books titled Categories, On Interpretation, Prior Analytics, Posterior Analytics, Topics, and On Sophistical Refutations, which examine the basic principles of idea formulation. But another of his works, Metaphysics, is the one that influenced the development of philosophy for ages. Among others are Physics, an analysis on nature; On Animals, an analysis on zoology; On Soul, an analysis on spirit; Ethics of Nicomachus, and Ethics of Eudemos, analysis on ethics and morals; and Poetica, an analysis on political problems.

Also, his Philosophy of Nature made enormous contributions to the mankind. Plus, he also wrote a lot that weren’t thought before his own time.

Aristo developed an analytic model based on the idea of a continuous change in everything, with the principle that change is one of our most basic facts in our experiences with the world surrounding us. He believed we need four reasons to explain the creations and changes in things. First is the materialistic reason; the material that necessitates the change. Second is figural reason. Third is doer reason that responds to the source of change or movement, coming back to the same individual. Aristo thought all these reasons exist in all things in nature, organic or inorganic, natural beings or manmade objects. The meaning of this idea is the fact that everything comes out of four main elements, which are earth, air, water, and fire. To him, all natural beings share the same characteristic in themselves, which is a principle of movement. This means, intrinsically, everything tends to move and change. All living beings control their movements within specific limitations, and inanimate objects also move to a specific direction, but living beings are more complex. All living creatures come to life, reach the peak of their development, and eventually die. During this process, due to their nature, they take specific forms, and create new individuals.

Aristo examined and wrote about astronomy. He accepted it as a fact that everything around us continuously change, and change is one of the essential phenomena of our experience with the world around us. Including humans, he claimed everything organic or inorganic came from basic elements like earth, air, water, and fire. Wood, fire, water, metal, and earth.

Aristo believed the connection among the five elements were mutual productivity and harmfulness. Nature and body should be balanced. For instance, water feeds the wood, and wood feeds the fire, fire forms earth, earth holds metal, and metal forms the water. This is a cycle of completion. In the same way, water dowses the fire, fire melts the metal, metal cuts the wood, wood rakes the earth. This way, earth becomes the completing element of the cycle when it stops the water. This two way road is the connection, which also creates the harmony, among the five elements.

Each of these five elements symbolizes a specific type of face, skin, body part, and shape:

Fire element represents south. It’s symbolized with forehead on the face, and heart in body. Its season is summer, and the color red. Symbolized with a sharp point, it values etiquette.

Metal element represents west. It’s symbolized with eyes on the face, and lungs in body. Its season is fall, and the color white. Symbolized with an angular shape, it values honesty.

Wood element represents east. It’s symbolized with...
